Our villa includes all the optional extras shown on the plans. The optional Lanai we chose is the one with the pool bathroom included. The third bathroom is where the utility area shows on the plans. We have a utility area which includes complete laundry facilities in the garage. The front living room area is converted into a fifth bedroom.
