	Relax and enjoy your meals in either the formal dining area or at the more casual breakfast bar. All crockery, cutlery and table settings are included for your use.
	The ensuite master bedroom on the left has direct access to the pool area. The master bedroom has a beautiful fully equipped bath and shower room ensuite Bedroom two is towards the front of the villa. Just opposite the beautiful floral arrangement in the entrance hall.
	Bedroom three is also a double ensuite room. Bedrooms four and five are both twin bedrooms, with bedroom five being a Disney theme room. There are ceiling fans in all five bedrooms
	The Children's room is ideally situated where mum and Dad can easily keep an eye while eating dinner. Villa includes: Baby stroller, high chair, two cots (one wooden) Baby bath seat, microwave sterilizer, bottle warmer etc. There is no extra charge for the use of these. Lake Berkley's playground is extremely close to the villa's location. Baby sitting by arrangement locally if required.
	Kitchen includes: Microwave, cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, toaster, washer, dryer and iron. Fully air conditioned throughout the villa. TV, stereo, VCR/DVD combined and phone are all included.
	All towels and linens are supplied in each of the five bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is constant hot water available.
	For your entertainment we have a well equiped games room in the villa. Contents include, Pool, Air hockey, Fuzzball, Table tennis, various board games and Basket ball. For the older childern among you there is a gaming area which includes Darts, Poker and Roulette
	Large south facing pool and a power Jacuzzi which is on a timer switch. There is a covered lanni. Chairs, tables and sun loungers. Pool heating on request (additional charges). A bathroom which can be seen below is provided just off the pool area for your convenience.
	Complimentary use of all clubhouse facilities including Gym, large pool, games room with pool tables and air hockey, video games, video rental, shop and e-mail facilities. We are also within walking distance of a 24 hour Super Walmart.
